How I write and check each guide

This page is the promise behind every guide on Wealth Growth Tips. If something here stops being true, I'll update this page and note what changed.

Who writes this

I'm Johnny — a first-generation chief financial officer with an MBA. See my author page for background.

Every guide comes from my own experience and knowledge.

I use AI tools to help draft, edit, and illustrate. I review and approve everything before it's published.

How I fact-check

  • Tax limits, contribution caps, and similar numbers are checked against primary sources (for example IRS publications, SSA materials, or plan documents) before a guide goes up.
  • I note the review date on each guide and re-check numbers when the rules change, at least once a year.
  • Examples use round, illustrative numbers. They are teaching tools, not promises of results.
  • I don't invent statistics. If I can't source a number, I don't use it.

Corrections

If I get something wrong, I fix it and add a short note at the bottom of the guide saying what changed and when. If you spot an error, please tell me on the contact page.

How this site makes money

Nothing here is for sale. The course, the guides, and the tools are free, and I don't sell your email address. Some pages may link to products such as savings or investment accounts. If you sign up through one of those links, I may get paid, and the page will say so before the link. Whether a company pays me never decides what I recommend.

What this site is not

Nothing here is personalized financial, tax, or legal advice. I'm not a licensed advisor, CPA, or attorney. See the Disclaimer.
